Hello:

Just was looking at the News search of Google.Com -
searching for Amateur Radio in the news sources. 
There is a lot of articles where Amateur Radio is
mentioned - They all seem to be very positive and some
go into detail about HAMS.

The communication method they write about is HF voice
using NTS format.  There is also a couple links for
webforms that will be EMAILed to a Amateur Radio
operator for conversion to NTS Health and Welfare
messaging.

Interesting reading about the HAM community coming
together to assist out.
