Hi bud and all.
We never had the eye of the storm here. When it came in the winds
just kept getting worse and worse. By the time the north side of the
eye made it up this way we made it into the eye wall and we just
stayed there. We never did have any calm in this storm.
I watched my RV try to roll over at least two times. It was fun to
watch. It is a good thing that I did move it from where it was and
had the house block some of the wind or it would have gone rolling!!!!
We just got power back today. We lost power Monday at 8:30 am and I
was making power here since Monday afternoon at around $3.00 a hour
so getting back on fpl is a lot cheaper.
We all made it through fine and the house is ok. Whatever antennas
that made it through last year are no longer good so I have no
antennas up in the air. My well pump and water system are just
patched together and my spa heater/pump etc aren't much better.
I just wanted to let everyone know that we made it!!!!
Think about it .....
A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?
