[FADCA] Telpac Nodes and Wilma

You can check here to see the current available telpac nodes in the country. 
The Google Map is a great tool - zoom in - move the face of the map around 
and look at Florida.

While I can't imagine there will be many WL2K E-mail stations deployed for 
Wilma, it is comforting to know that the infrastructure for that is being 
built in Florida.  The only problem is - we need more Telpac Nodes on all 
the LANs.

I note that the WB4MOZ-10 and WA4PAM-10 Telpac Nodes in the W. Palm Beach 
area are presently not reporting regularly (Yellow spots).  I hope you all 
haven't had problems with power or internet yet - the storm is a day away!
