If the path was good between SRQ and TPA we could use the facilities here
but there is something not good with the link to SRQ from Tampa, either
noise level or something has degraded. The link will not stay up. We really
need a switch somewhere in between, a switch at the Manatee EOC would
be great.

Great, and I wanted to keep it simple!  Well, I will work on setting up a
local system for the knowledge gain on and get smart with the rest later on
with a PMBO.  It can be accomplished, I just don't have the knowhow yet.
What about Free?  N4SER-10 can hit him.  Does he have a path to a PMBO?
