I'll be going to Tampa also.
 
I'll need to "work" at the ARRL booth but will help out when I can break  
away.
 
If you select a time slot for a meeting/forum, do NOT choose the morning  
time slots.  
 
No one will show up!!!  They are too busy tailgating and table/vendor  
checking.

Good suggestion Carl, and keep in mind that Skywarn has recently been
through some changes that will lead to many showing up for their meeting.
If it is a training session that might not be the case but if it is
informational then you could see a fair number of hams attending the Skywarn
meetings.
