Thanks Free
You are doing a GREAT job as usual but I see one major problem with
this test page. By taking the info out of the current database it has
grabbed a bunch of old info from the inactive or set aside part of
the list. This has to do with the NON-updated status of the database.
Here is my information from the test sort.
N4XEO-9/8 561460 Fort Pierce
N4XEO-9/8 561462 Fort Pierce
N4XEO-9/8 561463 Fort Pierce
N4XEO-9/8 561464 Fort Pierce
N4XEO-9/8 772461 Fort Pierce
N4XEO 772464 Fort Pierce
My area code changed from 561 to 772 several years ago and I've
updated my devices so the 561 should have long been removed.
This right here is why I've been almost PLEADING with all of you to
get your NEW information to Neil so he can build a NEW database. This
is the only way that we can have the proper information listed. We
MUST remove all the junk that is in there. We will keep a copy of the
database for historical information and get a new one cleaned up.
It will only take you a few minutes of your time to fill out the
forms on the web site. If you just fill out ALL the information that
is asked and submit it you will get a copy back for your records.
When I do mine I also save a copy of the web pages so I have two copies.
So here we go PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to the FADCA web site NOW
www.fadca.org and click on the 14th box on the left side of the
screen and PLEASE fill out all the information that is asked for and
in the note section please put in a note that this coordination
paperwork is to replace all other files that are located in the
database. This way Neil can remove all your old information and put
in the new and we will have a up to date database.
If you look at the "coordination database information and then sort
by districts you will see that a LOT of the devices are going to go
away since they are well past the 3 year period or getting close to
it so a lot of information will be removed just by our by-laws.
Save us the postage and extra work of having to send you a letter and
just fill out the paperwork.
