[FADCA] Serial PCI cards w/ Linux

USB to Serial devices should work the same way, except they will be
/dev/ttyUSB0, /dev/ttyUSB1 ... and so on. My only concern is with how they
are recognized by the system on a restart. If the adapters don't load up the
same way each time, then the ports will be different. I have two adapters
here at home and will try to test it out this weekend and see what happens.

Yesssss!!! this is very good news. As soon as I get some time I want to
do the same thing with USB ports and see how that stands up. Also need
to get the mult-drop piece integrated into 6pack (it was on the linux-hams
list the other day) that will allow I think it is up to 4 tnc's on a
single serial
port
