[FADCA] Serial PCI cards w/ Linux

I think I got this serial PCI card untangled.
They get assigned their /dev/ttyS numbers AFTER
the four devices (0 to 3) which MIGHT be on the motherboard.

In Bud's case they are assigned /dev/ttyS4 & 5.
I was able to attach one to port 1 and run calibrate.
The system shows that data was sent to the device.
I couldn't varify this cause I can't see the TNC from here.

I tried to do the same w/ Linuxlab, but the box won't boot
with my PCI card installed. Even the paranoids are aginst ME!
