This list is MUCH too quite
Is there anybody out there???/
Is my list broken???

I have a topic that we might be able to get some messages going.

What is the network status in your area???

Fort Pierce:

W4SLC-8/9
The w4slc fpac switch is on line at this time. We did take some
antenna damage with Wilma coming through. I haven't had any time to
really get by the EOC to work on a game plan for new antennas yet.
This will have to wait till maybe next year with the hours I'm
working right now. It is 3 am and this is my "evening time" right now.

N4XEO-8/9 Linux switch.
Well the only antenna that I had left up after the storms from last
year is now gone. I do have the switch up and running on a antenna up
only about 10 feet. This lets me get to the switch at the EOC on 2
meters. The n4xeo bbs is down at this time.

Vero Beach

W4OT-8/9
I understand that the tower at the roc in Vero came down in Wilma but
I haven't had time to confirm this. Wayne are you in here??? How
about some info on this.

Okeechobee

K4OKE-8/9
We have been waiting for the new antenna to go up since last year.
The antenna is on site and we were just waiting on the climb.
S and S towers has gone out of the tower climbing business and I
guess we will have to find someone to install the antenna.

Doug wb4kgy any info on this???

Lake Placid

From the best I can remember the tower that the switch was on was
damaged bad last year and there was talk about moving the switch
either to the tower at the Sebring EOC or a tower that the EOC has control of.
Doug kn4yt have you heard anything else on this? Would you be able to
check into the status over there again?

Well from looking at the above it looks like my area is really messed
up. Things are working but not that great.

Lets hear what the status is in your area and what your plans are to
keep building the network.

We were talking a while ago about trying to get switches installed at
the EOC's in all counties. From looking at the spacing this would
work out real good with the spacing between them. This would be a big
plus for the EMCOMM movement that is in place.
Now is the time to start working on getting things fixed and making
what you have better. Remember that in a few weeks we will be at the
end of the hurricane season and the start of next years is just
around the corner.

And I'll say it again. PLEASE send in NEW coordination paperwork for
your sites. We really need to have a up to date database and our new
database manager hasn't had anything to do so he is waiting for your
paperwork.
Neil want to jump in here with some of your thoughts??

Enough for now.
Let's see what happens!!!!!!

Think about it .....
A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?
