[FADCA] Orlando FPAC N4PLZ-8/9 back on

The N4PLZ-8/9 switch was down from about 1400-1530 and is now working again.

We dusted off the cabinet, shelves, equipment, got the cat hairs out and are 
ready to include a total of five radio ports once the switch is moved to a 
more suitable site (as in Orange County or far south Seminole county, etc.) 
The main purpose (other than getting the cat hairs out) is to be ready to 
convert from DOS to LINUX.

For now the switch is located at the same place (Deltona) and all 
configurations are the same as before
