Thank you. Charlie and I have been banging on it now for a while. Actually
once I found the problem (had not put the call in the telpac.cfg file properly)
it all came up and ran.

Charlie and I will work on getting it documented, actually there was not that
much to it, just untar'd the two directories, did a make on them to gen up
the executables then I stuck them in the /etc/ax25 directory, went in and
modifed the ax25d.conf  and fpac.conf files to point to the new application.
Called it TELPac under the fpac switch so that it is reacable on the network
on directly on the lan ports. KP4DJT-10  is the magic call and if you are going
at it over the network it is at address 813626.

If you follow the instructions I gave Bud you can also get into it via
ssh and poke
at it that way.

The one thing I do not understand is why the Bye command seems to set there
and do nothing. All else appears to work just fine.
