[FADCA] FADCA Technical Conference a Success

Bud, you did a great job.  I had some access problems with my office laptop 
(that were resolved when I got back to work) but other than that, it was a 
great conference.

The attendance was terrific.  This is the type of conference we need to have 
in each District. While I know that Bud can't do them all, it will be hard 
to do one better or even equal to the Sanford Conference.

I encourage all of the District Directors to work to hold a similar 
Conference in your District.
