We are asking that EVERYONE fill out the LONG form just to make sure that 
we have ALL new data even if you think nothing has changed.

Please send Russ a email and see if using .09 will fit in with the band 
plan. Remember that we have to keep a 85 mile separation between 
frequencies. It is fine and a must to monitor a frequency before you use it 
but you need to get with Russ so he can look in the database and he can 
give you a small list of freqs to monitor.
