For those wanting to learn how to use and navigate the Florida Layered 
Packet Network-

1. point your browser to www.fadca.org
2. click on the second box on the left pane-"Layered Packet Network"
3. In the Gulf of Mexico on the map click on HELP

This is the basic information on how to use the network.  To be certain, the 
individual LAN/Switches may not all be there and certainly not all are 
interconnected with backbones yet, but this help file will give the 
newcomers a start.
