[FADCA] Florida Telpac APRS Map

Bud, and others,

    I will see about getting a telpac setup at the SNCP in Bartow. at this
time
the county is installing 802.11 propriatary equipment and a 16 port hub.
Once I am able to get in there, I will be able to set up a county radio and
TNC and have it on 144.930 (our local packet keyboard / node frequency)
