[FADCA] Another Mile Stone

I fixed the Talltower Host (Home system) last night and tested the 
remote log-in this morning. I can SSH into it and access my BBS on 
.03MHz. Course the silly thing is only 6 inches away.

I'll have to open the UDP port this evening. The url is 
k4gbb.serveftp.net and I'll be using the same settings we used with the 
Fastrack Host (Work). I hope to be on line this evening.

I fixed the comment lines in the ax25-config script and made English the 
default language. I also edited some of the English HELP texts to make 
the text "common usage" English. Walter & Marco did an EXCELLENT job on 
the package!
