RXAC25 is the base script for the ax25 bootup. It runs ax25-up on start 
and ax25-down on stop. If ax25-up includes the execution of ax25ipd then 
  it should run @ restart/start.

I've gotten somewhat behind in the Lab, but I'll tar the FPAC script & 
instructions asap.
