I fixed it for the time being. I went in and put a octothorp in from
the 8 in the
global routing, we will have to look and see why it is taking the 8* rather than
the 813 first. It should be trying the 813 first as that is the
primary route, it is
supposed to try the highest resolution address first  then drop back to the
alternate paths. I went in and commented the 8 out for now and it is now causing
wp to connect to me, indeed I just did the following command
w w*
and it showed me all of the w calls that have been heard, some of them are quite
old because the network has not been purged, but there was w4moz, so I did
a:
c w4moz
and it pulled his address from wp and set up the connection, neat to
see that work

So WP is working and will make things easier for those who have trouble with
'them funny numbers'
