Hmm, the connection part is what I am doing now. The trick will be to do
the load balancing and detection. We are probably going to need a
mechanisim that can report loading back to all of the switches that are
associated with the telpac apps. Or at least allow the system to tell the
network it is not taking anymore connects for a given facility and thereby
telling the network to route it elsewhere. All of it is probably there we just
need to figure out how to get these devices to tell the network their status.
