[FADCA] I need a GPS receiver that will output the signal needed
by a SCS PTC-IIpro PACTOR controller.

Tell me what data stream you need. I don't know anything about the PTCII. I
have used both NMEA and other formats , for example I put in a master time
reference for my NOC at DME using the gps time messages going into a serial
port on a pc.
