I am most familiar with Garmin GPS, but this probably applies to other
manufacturers as well. Most (if not all) of the current Garmin units will
output position data in a choice of several formats. If you go to their
website you can download the manual for each unit. The information on
interfacing is usually in an appendix. I just looked at the GPS-60, I am
sure the GPS-76 series will also do this. Older models such as the GPS-48,
GPS-45, etc. will also output postition data. I use a GPS-48.
Airmial picks up position data from the computer serial port. See "GPS
Input" and "Adding Serial Ports" in Airmail help.
