[FADCA] Netmanager added to web site

Hi All

I started to work on the FPAC web page. I have added Netmanager to 
the ftp area. I'll be adding the netmanager map files that we use as 
I get them from the different people that take care of making our 
routing files. There are a few maps in there now that you can look 
at. They are a bit dated but it is close to what our network is.


Think about it .....
A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
