By "network access" I meant via packet radio to a Telpac NODE etc. I don't
need internet access from the meeting room.

If you mean pitching for a Layered Network switch to be installed and
supported in your area be sure and let me know. That is exactly what we did
at Ft. Pierce with the demo - and I have an MS Power Point add-on to the
normal E-mail over Ham Radio Dog and Pony show for that. You and I can get
together on the details so I can tailor the add-on for your specific
location.
