Is the Tampa witch operational?
I have tried, kc5qcn,kc5qcn-1 and kc5qcn-9 all time out.
I can get to a local station wu9t-1 so I know I seem to be running ok.
I wanted to send a test message to Rockledge and it is frustrating not to be 
able to get through when I could before.
