John - Thanks so much - yes, I'd pretty much come to the same conclusion, 
but had not quite figured out the absolute bottom line as to which TXd was 
really in charge!  For at least three years now, we have followed your lead 
and always rebooted just before leaving the site - We store the keyboard out 
of the way (where needed), reboot from the AC switch, and once the switch is 
running, we turn off the monitor - touching nothing else except the cabinet 
doors and locks!

Good to hear the additional good news - especially about getting Ft. Meyers 
closer to the network.
