[FADCA] Installing KNOPPIX to HD

If you don't have an E-net connection when you get ready to copy the CD 
Linux to HD there is a install script on the CD.

It is a little clunky.. it was written in German, but has English
instructions. The script walks you thru the fdisk and format of the HD 
before copying the KNOPPIX files to the HD. If you intend to Dual-boot 
your system... install the "other" OS before you install KNOPPIX.
