I have mine set up the same way and it was no problem changing it.

You can leave the quick connect as -6 on the switch and just change to 
pointer to -10 and this way someone would be able to use
w4min-6 direct to get to the telpac or they could use w4min-10 if using 
routing and they both will get there...

I belive we talked about keeping -6 on the quick connects on the fpac 
switches as the "standard" for us so that won't change...
