[FADCA] Arcadia Back on line

I just checked the box and everything looks good.
FPAC didn't start automatically. I had to start it up and go find
why it failed to start. I believe it should startup now.
The axip link to kp4djt started up first and n4plz wasn't far behind.

I'll get back to the FBB thing later today. I got Bill's port.sy fixed
this morning.
