[FADCA] APRS Routing Question

Folks,
I am testing one of the flood advisor units out on my dock. It is set up as:
Call                  kp4djt-6
Unproto             APRS
Path                 WIDE2-2

I see that there are all manner of APRS activity, but for some reason the
device is not being picked up. It appears to have good signal, I receive
it just fine, but of course not sure how well or how far it is really getting.

Indeed it is decoded by both the kenwood D700 and the kenwood hand
held.
