I just finished tweeking your fpac.conf 
After checking over the points that Bernard make.

I now see a half dozen links, including a link to Benard's site.

The trace cmd works for those sites that you are able to get a connection.
The results show the time/route that the connection takes to get to
the address/call. 

A trace to a bogus address or one that can not be 
connected to will show your node... then freeze.
