I can't find my book for the tnc and I know there is a jumper to go 
from hi to low settings for deviation.
I have it all the way turned down and the TX deviation is still too 
high. What is the jumper to switch this, or is the jumper just for 
the RX audio?

If I can't lower the deviation then I'll have to lower it in the Tait 
radio. This will be a chore since I haven't been able to program it my self.
