Also the ROSE timers are found in the following directory:
/proc/sys/net/rose#
Do a ls on the directory and you will see the files.
Do a cat * on the /rose directory and you will see
the contents of each file.
The only one I have changed is the following:
echo 200000 > /proc/sys/net/rose/no_activity_timeout
I think that I set this one way out because it was the one that
was causing the rapid polls.
