Doug-
KD4MOJ-10 is current on the alpha list 
http://www.winlink.org/status/TelpacStatus.aspx but not on the map

On the other hand AI4KM-10 is on the map and not on the alpha list!  I 
registered AI4KM-10 myself three weeks ago!

So don't know what is going on.  It could be your  KD4MOJ-10 Telpac is not 
reporting to the right APRS server via the internet.
My Telpac apparently uses firenet.usa - what ever that is.

I've CC Steve K4CJX on this maybe he can enlighten us.
