[FADCA] New LOADING_WL2K_USER_PROGRAMS Yahoo Group now ready

There is a Yahoo group for those who want to load/configure the WL2K E-mail
over ham radio programs.  (Or review the process!)

No TNC or radio are required for this activity.

Each group member will work at his/her own pace - The complete course will
likely take less than three to five hours of browsing/keyboard/mouse time.
You can do this in an evening, a weekend or take a month.

Requirements:

1.  Current Ham Radio license that can be confirmed on www.qrz.com

2.  Computer on the internet with Win2000 or XP Operating System.

2A. Those with Win98 may also participate but with somewhat less capability.

3.  Yahoo Groups Identity - if you don't have one, go to the link above and
click on

4.  Once you have a Yahoo Group identity then go to the link above and click
on

Join This Group.

As soon as there are ten members, the first assignment will be posted.
