If I can drag all the AX25/FPAC stuff over to this HD & get it working
I'll have the reduced system I was looking to create from AFU. The task
then would only involve writing the MyDSL system to CD. We really don't
care if the image exceeds 50Mb. My goal is to fit it onto a 500Mb HD.
That combined w/ a 150 - 200Mb Swap file will make things easier on the
resources.

I did some research on making a bootable Linux CD. It gave me a
headache! The process involves all the stuff that it takes to Boot,
create a RamDisk, unpack the Linux files & copy them to RAM and then
transfer the boot process to the RamDrive. The left eye is looking at
the right eye to see if it understood any of that! ;-)
