[FADCA] we got the eye

I was able to go to the tower site in the daytime today. My antenna has been
whipped around by the wind until it is in a 90 degree arc and caught under a
support for a nearby 6' microwave dish. I talked to the tower company owner
about having his crew climb it and fix the antenna and secure the feedline
(it was waving in the breeze.) His crew is in Orlando realigning microwave
dishes for public safety but should be back up here the end of the week and
will do my antennas. I may have the other antennas ready to go up and the
feed lines at the site so they can mount them at the same time (sure would
be nice).

I am hoping the antenna is intact (TX looks good, just very noisy when in
repeat mode on the received signal to the repeater.) If I am lucky all of
this will result in antennas for the packet links to Gainesville and
Jacksonville/Orange Park.
