[FADCA] Koppix Amateur CD

Folks,
I had downloaded this some time back but thought it was one of those
CD's that had a load of ham radio stuff for logging and other activities,
but I have found that it has the full AX25 and network stuff, looks like
the only thing that we will need to add to setup manually is the network
stuff. The CD has ax25-config set up on it and it will set up the ax25
stuff if you answer the questions.

When you boot follow the instructions on the web page below.
Also since the CD starts out with a german keyboard the = sign is
on the upper case '0' key.
