I assume that you issued a connect to kc5qcn which will automaticly route you to
w4dph. If not then I guess you connected to dph via the switch. Either way I see
that you attempted to make the call but it failed because the link to DPH never
came up.

You probably got the message that it was trying to connect but then it came back
after a bit and told you the call had failed.

I am trying to find out what is going on so we can try to get it fixed.
