[FADCA] FPAC Quick connects

Call-8, OK. We used call-1 here in Tampa because the node app appeared to
be quite popular, the base call is the locally associated BBS call. But indeed
that does create issues with the call sign owner as he/she could be attempting
to connect to the switch using his/her call. We will set ours up to follow suite
so that it will all be standard.

I also am going to try to get the 411 and 555 services back up and running
for this area. I hope I can recover the HD that I had those services on and
just bring it back up and on line.

I used TNOS to do that as it has some very nice tools for handling that sort
of applications.
