Yes, you are getting into the network. DPH is still down. I do not know what
has happened, I am going to try to find out. But here is a alternative that
you can try. This is the Arcadia BBS W4MIN it is at address 863494. Here
is the connect sequence you will issue from your TNC

C W4MIN V KC5QCN-9 863494
This will get you to the Arcadia BBS. If you have any sort of problem tell
me what error message you get. It may take a while as the path jumps
back and forth between Arcadia and Sarasota so it may take a bit for the
system to find a good path.
Hope this gets you in, meantime I will see what I can find out about DPH.
