I received the response above from Chuck that is probably similar to many
situations in the state were ports have been added or the location has been
changed or the output power has been changed, particilarly where there has
been storm damage.

Please go to the FADCA web site and complete the application for
coordintation.

Do the entire switch so the information in the database is complete and
accurate as there may be several variables that have changed.  There are
lines in the application for more than one port in the application.
