Virgil,
Have you had a beacon on the 144.91 channel over the past few days?
I hear something sounds like it is beaconing but the packet noise is totally
corrupted. almost like it was either 300 b/s or it is getting a lot of RF in the
TNC.

If you have had a beacon on channel then you need to check it and see
what is going on.

If not disregard. The switch is up and running we got it all moved into a nice
rack cabinet yesterday.
