[FADCA] New members

Hi All

We now have two new members on the list from up north.
I invited them to join the list as they are REALLY looking hard at setting 
up a fpac network and I offered our help to them.

Please say hi to Ed and Fred when they put out a message. We might even be 
able to trade help with them. We can help them with the network and they 
can help us with the linux version of fpac.
