It is NOT telnet it is ssh. If you are running Linux it is part of the
core OS. if you
are running windows you need to download something called PuTTY (do a
google on it) in order to do the ssh.

ssh to the above adress and follow the instructions. We had problems with
the service this morning and last night but they appear to be fixed, I was
ssh'd into it from the office and it worked just fine.
