[FADCA] Other NTS Aid

HI,
HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO RELEASING THE NEW EDITION?  WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO
DOWNLOAD IT OR HAVE IT SENT TO ME?
I HAVE TO TRAIN THE PACKET OPERATORS FOR RACES/ARES FOR LEE COUNTY.  I
NEED A GOOD MANUAL TO USE IN THE CLASSES.  THESE ARE NOT 'PACKETPEOPLE'
WHO ARE USED TO PACKET OR EVEN SOME WILL HAVE NO INTEREST IN IT AT ALL.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE PROGRESSING.
