145.71, lets all make sure we are in the same area of spectrum
if he is talking about >>> 144.71 <<< then it is in the repeater
input area of the 2m spectrum. If it is so then there ought to
be a corresponding output at 145.31.

Evans, how often do you hear it, is it a continuous stream or
a packet here and there? Could it be intermod from somethng
else?
