Ohh jezz, Bruce got it published!! He told me he was going to
submit a April Fool article, and that he had taken some artful
license with names and calls, he was the guy who worked with me
on the ConEd/Orange & Rockland coverage study so he told me a
lot of things while we spent that month and a half driving all
of NYC and SE NY...
