Bud, what makes up a Winlink PMBO? I have my thoughts but would like a
clear picture of what one would consist of (not what you might be having to
live with, but what would be the "target" goal if you had an opportunity to
set one up? How is is colocated with a Telpac Node? How is that configured?
What equipment do you need? Computer (including operating system and
perferred computer - not one to just get by), how many, Radios, which ones
(capabilities), controllers, which and for which purpose?
Paint me a complete picture - I am asking for several reasons. One is to
identify what needs to be put in a grant request.
