to operate without overburdening the radio side and allowing such as other
protocols and applications to be accessed by users.
There are features that many of the applications provide that could enhance
the packet system and not require that the user operate a separate system
for each to take advantage of the applications (APRS/IRLP/Telpac/etc.).
