[FADCA] FPAC Update from Arcadia

Hi everyone on the list,

I am in need of some BPQKISS EPROM'S. After many months of putting off the
installation of the FPAC switch here at my BBS, I finally ran out of excuses
and started to work on the computer. I have the program up and running and
have installed the files that John, WB4MOZ, sent me for 863494.

I have one EPROM already but will need a total of four as I plan on adding
another port.

If anyone is coming to the Arcadia Hamfest this weekend, just drop a few
extra EPROM's in you pocket and track me down.
